My Favorite WordPress Plugins
- Akismet (the most amazing comment spam blocker EVER! Register for a free API number to activate it.)
- WP DB backup (set it up to do automatic backups of your database and email them to you at website.backup@gmail.com fabulous security!)
- Contact form 7 (nifty and easy contact form)
- NextGEN Gallery (nice photo galleries with about 9 variations of skins)
- GRAND FIAGallery (flashy gallery)
- All in One SEO Pack (a little complex to fill out but great if you’re interested in SEO)
- WP e-commerce (just used this one for the first time and I like it very much)
- Share and follow (all the social media buttons)
- Ultimate Google Analytics (puts analytics on all your pages)
- WP forum server (a nice forum if you want to add a discussion board)
- Sitemap (uses shortcode to put a sitemap on your site)
- Widget Logic (uses shortcode to put certain widgets on particular pages)
